One Home Dispatch helps homeowners request home repair and home improvement help and connect with participating contractors.
The platform is currently in private beta. During this stage, One Home Dispatch is testing account verification, service request intake, contractor coordination, and service-related notifications with invited users, internal operators, and participating contractors.
What One Home Dispatch does
- Helps homeowners submit home repair and upgrade requests.
- Helps route service requests to participating contractors.
- Sends service-related communications such as phone verification messages, request updates, contractor coordination messages, and support messages.
- Does not process homeowner-to-contractor job payments in the current private beta.
Private beta
One Home Dispatch is not yet broadly available to the public. Access may be limited to invited homeowners, test users, operators, and contractors participating in early platform validation.
SMS consent
By submitting your phone number through a One Home Dispatch form, registration flow, service request flow, private beta form, or contractor onboarding flow, and by checking the SMS consent box where presented, you agree to receive text messages from One Home Dispatch related to account verification, service requests, contractor/customer coordination, onboarding, and support.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
