Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, private beta, platform, communications, forms, and related services provided by One Home Dispatch, Inc. ("One Home Dispatch," "we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old to use One Home Dispatch. By using the website, submitting a request, registering for an account, or communicating with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
By accessing or using One Home Dispatch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The platform is currently in private beta. Features, workflows, availability, and service areas may change.
1. What One Home Dispatch does
One Home Dispatch helps homeowners submit home repair and home improvement requests and connect with participating contractors. One Home Dispatch may provide request intake, routing, communications, account verification, contractor onboarding, service coordination tools, and support.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, One Home Dispatch is not a contractor, does not perform home repair or home improvement work, and is not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, legality, licensing, permitting, insurance, or completion of services performed by independent contractors.
2. Private beta access
During private beta, access may be limited to invited homeowners, test users, contractors, operators, and other approved participants. We may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or terminate access at any time.
You agree that private beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, modified, or discontinued without notice.
3. Accounts and information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account.
You agree not to impersonate another person or business, submit false information, misuse the service, interfere with the platform, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
4. Homeowner service requests
Homeowners may submit information about repair or improvement needs. By submitting a request, you authorize One Home Dispatch to use the information to process, route, support, and coordinate the request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a contractor will accept, respond, visit, quote, or perform work.
5. Contractors
Contractors are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of One Home Dispatch.
Contractors are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, estimates, work quality, warranties, taxes, legal compliance, and communications with customers.
One Home Dispatch may charge contractors subscription fees, lead fees, credits, or other platform fees under separate contractor terms, order forms, onboarding materials, or payment terms.
6. Payments between homeowners and contractors
Unless expressly stated otherwise, One Home Dispatch does not process homeowner payments to contractors for repair or improvement work. Any job pricing, estimate, invoice, payment, refund, warranty, or dispute between a homeowner and contractor is between those parties.
7. Communications consent
By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you authorize One Home Dispatch to contact you about your account, service requests, contractor/customer coordination, onboarding, support, administrative notices, and related platform activity.
8. SMS Terms
Program name: One Home Dispatch
By submitting your phone number through a One Home Dispatch website form, registration flow, service request flow, private beta form, contractor onboarding flow, or similar opt-in process, and by checking the SMS consent box where presented, you consent to receive text messages from One Home Dispatch.
Messages may include account verification codes, service request updates, contractor/customer coordination, contractor onboarding, support messages, administrative notices, and related service communications.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse platform data except as allowed by law.
- Send spam or unauthorized communications.
- Use the platform to violate another party's rights.
10. Platform availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Third-party services
The platform may rely on third-party services for hosting, communications, messaging, payments, analytics, security, and other functions. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms or policies.
12. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Home Dispatch disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
One Home Dispatch does not guarantee contractor availability, contractor performance, job outcomes, estimates, pricing, permits, licenses, insurance, or completion of any work.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Home Dispatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or service interruption, arising from or related to the platform or these Terms.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Home Dispatch from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your submitted information, your work or services, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
