The One Home Dispatch platform is currently in private beta. Some services, workflows, and features may change as the platform develops.

For contractors or contractor representatives, this may include business name, contact information, service categories, service areas, license or insurance-related information if provided, onboarding information, payment setup status, and communications with us.

Communications information

We may collect records of communications with you, including text messages, emails, phone calls, support requests, form submissions, and related metadata.

We may collect device, browser, IP address, log, cookie, analytics, security, and usage information related to visits to our website or use of our platform.

2. How we use information

3. SMS and text messaging privacy

One Home Dispatch may send text messages related to account verification, service request updates, contractor/customer coordination, contractor onboarding, operational notices, and support.

By submitting your phone number through a One Home Dispatch website form, registration flow, service request flow, private beta form, contractor onboarding flow, or similar opt-in process, and by checking the SMS consent box where presented, you consent to receive text messages from One Home Dispatch.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers that help us send, deliver, secure, or support text messages, but only as needed to provide those messaging services and operate the platform.

4. How we share information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

With contractors or homeowners as needed to support a service request

For example, if a homeowner submits a service request and a contractor accepts or is assigned to that request, we may share relevant request and contact information needed to coordinate the service.

With service providers

We may use vendors and service providers for hosting, communications, messaging, email, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, and infrastructure. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide services to us.

For legal, safety, and compliance reasons

We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, carrier or messaging compliance requirements, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms.

Business transfers

If One Home Dispatch is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
